DESCRIPTION:The Penguin Project at Altoona Community Theatre returns with “The Lion King Jr” in October 2025! \nIf you’re interested in getting your child involved as an Artist or Peer Mentor\, or you’re an adult who would like to volunteer as a “rehearsal helper”\, please join us for an informational meeting on Sunday\, June 1 at 2pm or Monday\, June 2 at 5 pm. The meeting will include a brief overview of the history of the Penguin Project and ACT’s commitment to bringing this central Pennsylvania. You’ll learn about the time commitment involved\, how rehearsals are conducted\, and have an opportunity to ask questions.
