Altoona Community Theatre will present a “Play in a Day” workshop on Saturday, Feb. 29, 2020, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. in the rehearsal hall of the Altoona Community Theatre Building.
Lead by Cindy Stanbro, the workshop offers skilled and new artists the opportunity to go through the entire production process in six hours. Attendees will learn stage directions, acting, auditioning, set design, costuming, and marketing while producing a short show. Lunch will be provided. Registration fee $50. Open to students in grades one through nine. A free performance for family and friends will take place at 3 p.m.
