2023 Isaac Awards

Ann & Bill Benzel donated $1,000 to each of the 20 participating schools for their next year’s musical budget.  Two lucky schools were randomly selected to receive $1,500 (Cambria Heights and Hollidaysburg Area).

In addition to twelve $1,000 scholarships to indidivual Isaac Award winners, four local colleges awarded fifteen additional scholarships to Isaac students for $50,000.  The list of scholarship awardees are at the bottom of this page.

Increased Scholarships

ACT is pleased and proud to announce that, as a result of the generosity of our corporate sponsors, the Isaac Award scholarships are increasing from $500 to $1,000 for 2014 for six individual award winners – Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best Supporting Actress, Best Featured Role and Achievement in Design. Scholarships are for any field of study at any accredited institution and are administered by the Central Pennsylvania Community Foundation.

Since the Isaacs began, ACT has given out more than $20,000 in college scholarships to Isaac Award winners.
